This is an exciting opportunity to work for this well established specialised magazine publisher and printer based in Lincolnshire, with a turnover of more than £20m and 170 staff.

Working within a team of 3 in a very successful Digital department, you will be required to take responsibility for the day to day planning and management of this very busy department, delivering print within budget and timescale and at the highest quality. You must have a good eye for detail, plus the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and flexibility when working as part of a team in a rapidly growing part of a bigger business. The ideal candidate will be currently working in the Digital Print industry. This is a 'hands on; position and in addition to running the digital department you will also be required to operate the digital presses and specialist digital finishing equipment consisting of laminating, perfect binding, creasing & folding and booklet making, guillotining and all other aspects of print finishing.

You will be:
• Used to working within a small team environment
• Hands of Digital Print experience.
• Liaising with internal and external departments to manage projects
