The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual capable of providing a professional, fully managed Account Management service to a designated portfolio of customers.

The main focus is to do all of the above in a timely, and customer focused manner to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience. Customers range from small limited businesses through to large corporate organisations. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Experience of client relationship management including communication at all levels is essential, as is numerical accuracy and attention to detail as well as experience managing retail/exhibition type accounts.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills along with the ability to articulate requirements to a variety of audiences. Team working, flexibility and the ability to multi-task is a must.
