We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join this successful and growing Print and Marketing Communications business.

Working on a mix of Ad-hoc and contracted business you will be part of a small dynamic team, critical in the support of our ongoing growth in sales. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-motivated and enthusiastic person who will be passionate about what they do, a keen team player with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in working in the litho printing and Direct Mail sectors and used to working ideally with Shuttleworth or a similar MI system you will be conversant in a print manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• To work as a key member of the existing estimating team
• Provide timely and accurate pricing for both ad-hoc campaigns and longer-term contracts
• Engage with outsource and third-party suppliers to negotiate best prices
• To work closely with the sales team, Account Managers and Production
• Liaise with production managers on best manufacturing methodologies and efficiencies
• Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
• Assist in exploring alternate sources for goods and materials

Background & Experience

• Proven Estimating experience
• Prior industry experience and a good print and mailing industry knowledge
